"Interdisciplinarity" has become a placeholder for our hopes and fears for the future of knowledge. It is clear that the 20th century disciplinary structure of the academy is breaking down. But what will replace it? How can universities better meet the challenges of the 21st century?
Pursuing its research through case studies, CSID seeks to develop the theory and practice of interdisciplinarity writ large.
